At Circle, we believe inclusion and wellbeing aren’t separate boxes to tick, they’re two halves of the same story. And doing them well requires bravery, the kind that looks like honesty, humility, and human connection.
Bravery to be honest about what’s working and what’s not
Bravery to listen to the voices that often go unheard
Bravery to build a culture that’s more than a poster on the wall

Our Values
Our approach is holistic, human, and hands-on. We blend strategic clarity with empathy, evidence with lived experience, and practicality with purpose.
We don’t stand on the sidelines; we stand beside you. Change happens when we share the purpose, the challenges, and the learning.
We ask the questions others might avoid. We listen deeply, explore honestly, and lean into the brave conversations that lead to real growth.
Because inclusion and wellbeing are collective efforts. We co-create, collaborate, and celebrate the progress — big and small — that moves us forward.
How We Work
We build purposeful partnerships — showing up as an extension of your team, not a distant consultant. We listen, challenge, and co-create solutions that fit your culture, your people, and your purpose.

We build trust, share learning, and grow your internal capability along the way.

We help you see the big picture, prioritise bravely, and take meaningful action.

1–2 days per week, minimum three months — consistent, relational support that keeps momentum alive.

Our Clients
We partner with brave, purpose-driven organisations including B Corps, social enterprises, charities (large and small), and progressive businesses that want to lead with authenticity.
Our clients share one thing: the courage to go beyond performative action and dig into the work that really matters.
You bring the purpose and the willingness to be brave. We bring the expertise, the structure, and a steady hand for the messy middle bits.
